Meet the Coach
Health and wellness have been in my life due to my upbringing, where summers were spent collecting herbs in Alpine meadows and eating heirloom tomatoes from the farmers’ market with cheese made fresh, right down the road. That’s not how I envisioned my summer holidays as a teenager, however it has marked me for my continued quest of staying close to nature.
Before starting health coaching, I worked in the science research field of endocrine disruptors, eventually moving into personalized nutrition. I received my Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Arizona, taught college biology for six years, and realized that having a family required a lot more attention to nutrition. Due to my Microbiology background I started fermenting and experimenting in my kitchen shortly after our son was born.

I love to prepare nutritional foods with real ingredients and a clean diet. The Dr. Dolphin kitchen is constantly buzzing. Join me in the creation of nutrient-dense recipes and dishes for all age groups. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of life are connected, and not just counting calories, carbs, and proteins.
